Yep! Talking about our mental illness isn't easy. Schizophrenia isn't an easy one.
With my schizophrenia, it was created by my father hitting me when I was a baby because I was crying, he told me about it 55 years later; probably on multiple occasions creating a box or box's in my subconscious mind where the experiences live in creating all kinds of havoc to my conscious mind. Luckily there are drugs I can take to repress the symptoms and I do okay. Some schizophrenics are not so luckily, drugs just give them the shakes. If I could remember the experience(s) of my father hitting me I would't have the illness. That's life. Now as you probably know I've written a Book about how to undo this. Problem is there isn't a therapist in the world who's read it much less dedicated to the task. We'll talk more, chow.
