I was soon banned from gambling in the family house although I'd often ignore the rule. I wasn't discouraged from gambling outside of it. I played with anyone who wanted to play. I soon picked up cheating habits out of Scarnes book that informed readers of ways to protect the honest gambler, and I wasn't an honest gambler most of the time. Money started to roll my way along with merchandise that came in such varieties as watches, rare coins, bicycles, and clothes right of a student's back.
